We were looking for a three star hotel in Rome italy and eventually booked the Hotel Nizza as part of a deal. The hotel was small and with a very nice Family feeling to it. The room was very small (which is common in European hotels), but impeccably clean (and I'm a real stickler for this). It was also comfortable and nice, though a bit dark (but again, this is a problem typical to European hotels). The location was great. We walked everywhere, and the closeness to the train station meant that going from and to the airport was easy. Breakfast was also quite nice. This is not a fancy hotel, but for a relatively low budget it is clean, pleasant, and well located. We thouroughly enjoyed the stay.

Just got back (2nd. Feb.06) from a three night stay at the Nizza Hotel. We had a second floor double room that was clean, and was of adequate size with adequate storage space for our 3 night visit. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, they also speak several languages. The location was good, great for Termini (you just have to survive crossing the roads ha ha!!). I thought I would take the time to write this review of this perfectly fine three star hotel Rome as it seems to have been unduly criticised in some other forums. It is not without it's faults though as breakfast was pretty basic but overall I would rate the Nizza as excellent value for money and would make a return visit.
